An area rock group is hoping for good things after the first of next month.
Statue Records in Los Angeles is scheduled to release "Third Wish Y" the first effort from a group based in Camden.
Group members are Tony Blevins on lead vocals and drums, Lance Reynolds on lead and rhythym guitars and Sean DeMoss on bass guitar.
The album, recorded at Second Street Studios in Little Rock, was produced by Blevins and Reynolds.
The band's album features a diverse offering of material, including some powerful vocal work from Blevins and tasty funk -inspired guitar by Reynolds.
The band's hard edge is often masked by other influences which places it well above the ordinary local rock band.
Cristy Gladney of Black Angel Productions recently visited the area to film the group in action. "Playing it your Way" is a music program currently seen on cable systems in Northern Louisiana.
